- 40 gram Rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder low cal
- 100 gram frozen berries
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter low sugar
Bring a pot to boil with water.
Add in the oats
When the oats is nearly cooked add in the cocoa powder.
When fully cooked, add into plate.
Put the Tablespoon peanut butter on top.
Add the frozen berrie mix on top.
