I don’t know about you but I am a chocolate addict. Being a chocolate addict can make it extremely hard to lose weight. However, if you do it right you can still have your daily chocolate fix and still melt of the fat.

You might be thinking how can we still incorporate chocolate into our diets and not pick up that weight we’ve been fighting so hard to get off? Life is about finding healthy alternatives not restricting yourself. The worst thing you can do to yourself is restricting yourself from your favorite dishes.

Healthy alternatives

I’ve found ways of incorporating chocolate into my diet, almost daily and still shedding off the fat like I want.

How to incorporate chocolate for weight loss:

  • Make sure the cocoa powder is lower in sugar
  • Don’t over consume
  • Add into other dishes such as oats, egg muffins, avocado.

When you want to eat a chocolate dish like this during the day, make sure you still get in your macro count with good whole-foods that are high in fibre and natural.

I prefer to use natural, low-carb, low-sugar cocoa powder when I want to transform ordinary dishes into chocolate dishes.

This chocolate dish is my favorite by far. With the added peanut butter, it just takes this dish to another level.
