Ingredients:

Total Kcal = 390

Beetroot (cooked)= 78g

Frozen berries mix = 1 cup

1 scoop Herbalife PDM

2 scoops Herbalife F1 Vanilla shake

Water

Toppings = 1 tbsp chai seeds

6 blueberries

Cooking Method:

  1. Blend all together
  2. Through into a bowl
  3. Add the toppings and enjoy the amazing benefits of this smoothie!
