My Top 3 Fave Weight-Loss Breakfast Recipes

Hello my lovelies! I thought I would share with you my top 3 fave weight-loss breakfast recipes!

These meals are super easy and fast to make! So they are perfect for almost all and any situations!

I hope you guys love these recipes as I do!

1: BLUEBERRY OATS WITH A HINT OF MAPLE SYRUP

This is an amazingly easy weight-loss meal!

I don’t know about you, but I grew up in a household where oats was made on weekend mornings and it was made the old school way. We never made the fast oats, I’ve never liked it!

This recipe is an old school oats meal with a modern twits!
It’s fast and yes healthy!

Hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

RECIPE
Ingredients:
-Tiger Oats (250g; 1/2 cup)
– 1/2 cup boiled water
-1/2 cup milk
– handful frozen blueberries

COOKING METHOD
– Place the dry oats in the pot, add in the boiled water
– Wait 3 min then add the milk and stir occasionally
– 5 min or less later add in the blueberries, stir for another 2 min.
– Whola! Your healthy weight-loss breakfast is ready to be eaten!

2: AVO, SCRAMBLED EGGS & TOAST

I absolutely love this! It’s so fast, filling and satisfying!

This breakfast is packed with protein, high fibre and nutrients to keep our bodies fuller for longer. What does this mean? We remain in the fat-burning zone!

RECIPE:

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 low-gi brown bread/rye bread
  • half avo

COOKING METHOD:

  • Start of by adding the eggs to the frying pan, scramble them
  • While the eggs are cooking, place your slice of bread into the toaster
  • after everything is ready, mash the avo onto your toasted bread
  • add the scramble eggs to your toasted avo sandwich and eat up!

3: SHAKE – PEANUT BUTTER FLAVOUR

There is no secrete that I absolutely adore my Herbalife shakes! Why not? They are packed with all the vitamins and nutrients our bodies need.

They are low in calories, high in protein and fibre to keep us fuller for longer!

Best part about it is, they don’t bloat you and you feel absolutely amazing after having them!

RECIPE:

Ingredients:

Vanilla Cream Flavour – 2 scoops

Protein Drink Mix – 1 scoop

1 Tbsp Raw Peanut Butter

Water

COOKING METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend it for roughly 2 min.
  • Done and you can have this amazing breakfast on the go!
