There is just something so magical about a Smoothie Bowl… They look so good and they taste even better!
This is one of my go to smoothie bowls as it is packed with tons of vitamins and minerals that helps aid in weight-loss as well!
Why does this smoothie bowl work so well? It’s because of the following:
- all the antioxidants that berries contain
- they help improve our blood sugar level and insulin response
- they’re high in fiber (which helps you stay regular)
- they help fight inflammation
- help you achieve good skin.
Need I elaborate further? I don’t think so!
Another reason why I love smoothie bowls is the fact that they help us with mindful eating. What is this? Mindful eating is when you use a meditation/gratitude form of eating your food; it helps you reach a state of full awareness to your cravings, your current physical food intake while eating. Practicing mindful eating has been shown to assist in weight-loss as we are more inclined to listen to our bodies and stop eating when we are full.

Ingredients:
Frozen Blueberries = 80g
Frozen berries mix = 50g
1 scoop Herbalife PDM
2 scoops Herbalife F1 Vanilla shake
Water
Toppings = 1 tbsp chai seeds
1 Banana, few frozen berries
Cooking Method:
- Blend all together
- Through into a bowl
- Add the toppings and enjoy the amazing benefits of this smoothie!
