If your short of time in the morning, making a smoothie for you and your loved ones is the perfect solution to your problem

How to make amazing greens smoothies that is good for your weight loss and gut health:

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 5-10 min

Serves 2 glasses

Ingredients:

  • Total Kcal = 414
  • Baby spinach 1 cup
  • Herbalife PDM 1 scoop
  • Herbalife F1 Vanilla shake 2 scoops
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 banana

Cooking Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Through into a bowl
  3. Top off with 1 banana, 15tbsp chai seeds and frozen berries

The thing I love about smoothie bowls is that you eat them the right way, slowly.

Your stomach needs to digest your food properly, hence you need to eat very slowly.
