Why have boring breakfast when you can have pancakes and healthy pancakes!!
This recipe is super easy to make and just a fair warning it is super filling! I ended up eating only 1/4 of the pancakes, I ate the rest after an intense workout and it was the perfect post workout meal!
Just be advised these pancakes are higher in calories as they are the perfect meal to eat before and after an intense workout

Serves: 2 very hungry adults
Ingredients:
Total Kcal = 526
- 2 Cups oats
- 2 small bananas
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp sugar free peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups of low fat milk
Cooking Method:
Blend everything together through onto a non-stick frying pan, drizzle with honey and frozen berries.
