There is NO Reason why you too should not be allowed to enjoy pancakes whenever you want too!
Let’s just make sure that the pancakes you enjoy has lot’s of nutrients and that it’s macro friendly!

Serves 1 big- thick pancake
Who is this for? Gluten-free, high protein
Calories: 298 Kcal (With Honey)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup fat-free/low-fat cottage cheese
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cooking method:
- Spray cooking spray onto the non-stick frying pan, heat it up
- Blend all your ingredients with a blender (I use my Nutribullet Blender)
- Pour the batter over the frying pan. Watch your pancake puff up. Cook over medium heat.
- Top with low-sugar honey, maple syrup of your choice.
- If you have blueberries, add them on top for a fruity experience.
