Hello Lovlies, I wanted to share with you my current favorite quick booty workout to achieve strong slim legs!
I do these Exercises twice or once a day. Why twice? They are extremely easy to do and FAST! Plus you burn a ton of fat while doing them without feeling it.
Here is an extremely easy leg exercise routine to help you achieve those slim legs!

- Criss-Cross with Resistance Band
This move is so much fun and effective!
Start off by moving down into a squat, then open your legs while keeping your hands on your knees and toes pointed out. Move your knees back until they touch, crossing your hands and pointing your toes to the front.

2. Standing Leg Raise
This is a super easy and effective manner to lose those saddle bags and tighten up those inner thighs.

3. Standing Step-Ups
Standing Leg raises are an easy way to exercise your legs while ramping up your heart rate and burning calories.

4. Standing Fire Hydrant
This is a super easy and effective manner to lose those saddle bags and tighten up those inner thighs.
Doing this move while standing tones the inner thighs, bumbs and lower abs.
