I absolutely love pizza, it is one of my favourite foods!

I not only love that I still get to eat my favourite foods, but that I get to keep losing weight and getting fit. You might be confused that the word pizza and weight loss is used in the same sentence right?

Well. My secrete in losing weight while still enjoying my favourites is the right food choices.

Instead of buying a pizza base that is made of the same crappies that make you pick up weight and bloat you up, I instead buy a pizza base made out of quinoa and veggies.

I am no expert in nutrition, I am just sharing what I do and what my results are.

It’s just amazing that I get to eat what I love, when I want and not pick up any weight. I am losing it.

I made a committed decision that I will not eat bland food that tastes horrible but make me lose weight.

What is the point in losing weight if you hate what you’re doing, I will not find joy in anything, I’ve been through this and if you’ve been through this, you know this is why most of us lost focus and then kept on with our yo-yo results.

What I did and been doing, is researching alternative foods that still gives me a balanced meal but helps me lose weight.

I love for example Trulygood food, they have a huge range full of my favourite dishes such as noodles, lasagne, pizza and wraps all made from veggies!

What I’ve learned is to eat the correct amount of macros daily and to eliminate fast food from my diet. I try and eat as natural as possible and drink plenty of water.

 

Don’t stop living your life just because you want to lose weight, learn to make better food choices and live your most fun, healthy and delicious life ever.
