An easy and healthy weight-loss meal
This is one of my favourite fat-burning dinner recipes: chicken fillets, vegetables, garlic, peppers, chilli flakes, quinoa. As you can see this recipe is packed full of nutrients, antioxidants, protein and fibre! Everything your body needs for weight loss. This recipe will keep you fuller for longer, keeping you in the fat burning zone! and to stay in the fat-burning zone!

(SERVES 4/ Roughly 400 per serving)
THE RECIPE
Ingredients:
-500g chicken fillets (finely chopped)
– Frozen Stir-fry mix (regular with mushroom)
– 1 tsp garlic
– 1 packet of Ina Paarman’s Char-grilled peppers
– 250g quinoa
COOKING METHOD
– We start of by cooking the chicken. When the chicken is almost cooked we add garlic.
– Now we add the garlic. Only when the chicken is cooked do we proceed.
– Now we add the frozen stir-fry mix, I usually add in 2 cups or more. We cook the veggies in for round about 5 min.
– At this point add in your quinoa as it will take exactly the same time as our last step.
– Now we add the packet of Ina Paarman’s and close the pot with a lid, take down the temp to the lowest setting.
-Let’s cook for another 10 min.
