DavishlyFit Tuna Wrap

Hello my lovelies!

I wanted to share with you one of my absolute favourite quick weight-loss meals!

This is one of my fave go-to meals when I’m super tired, shot-on time or low on calories for the day!

A Davishlyfit tuna wrap!

Prep Time: 5-10 min

Cook Time: 3-5 min (wrap)

Serves 1 wrap/ depending how many non-stick frying pans you have

Who is this for? Gluten-free

Ingredients:

1 Can Tuna (Water based)

Lite Mayo (1 tsp)

UnWrap (Veggie) wrap from Trulygood

Cucumber (10g)

Tomato (22.7g)

Spring Onions (2 sticks)

Red Cabbage (20g)

Fat Free feta cheese (1 Tbs)

 

Cooking method:

  1. Slice up all your ingredients
  2. Mix your mayo and tuna
  3. Spray your non-stick frying pan with cooking spray
  4. Heat up your Wrap (takes approximately 3-5 min, depending on hot your stove is)
  5. Pack everything in your wrap
  6. Top it off with some Italian spice

Quick tip:

Make sure to drink one or two glasses of water before each meal, this will help you to stay in control with your portion sizes 🙂
