This is how I do meal prep.
I am not a fan of making meals 5 days ahead meals (nothing wrong if you do it) it’s just not for me. I usually make a lot of food at night so I can take the proper Macro amount with me the next day to work.
This keeps me from buying fast food, vending machine food or eating anything not planned
How I do Meal prep in the week:
- For carbs I generally make quinoa and brown rice.
- Make a large batch of lean protein meats
- Greens – either take the previous nights salad, veggies or I would soak baby spinach/kale in salt water and make a quick salad to take with me to work.
This meal:
Total Kcal = 263
Made out of the DavishlyFit salad, 60g brown rice and 100g of Chicken Fillet with Ginger tea

This meal is just a perfect example of what I eat daily to help me lose weight as part of my 90 day body transformation.
The 90 day challenge is also a way for me to better learn what works for my body and what I can implement for the rest of my life.
Making these health choices are much easier if you commit and find what you love eating.
